From what I understand, they have a very non-standard hosting package, which makes things difficult for people putting together anything that is more powerful than simple HTML pages. I run a Drupal based site, and I was lucky enough to find a hosting package that is Drupal-centric, totally optimized just for Drupal sites. Hosting is a pretty critical step for success - but fortunately they're pretty easy to change.
